Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping

  • All items are shipped USPS First Class and usually takes about 3 - 5 days to ship to you after leaving our location. Please note that shipment time may vary depending on your location.  Shipment time does not include the production time of your order.  Please refer to our current turnaround time for a better estimate of when you will receive your item.
  • Items may also be shipped Priority and Express and with insurance. Please contact us prior to ordering if you would like to add insurance or upgrade your order to an expedited shipping option.
  • Once your item is completed, a confirmation email with be sent to your email (the email you used to order) with a tracking number. 
  • If your item is returned to us because you input an incorrect address, or you moved without notifying us, you are responsible for any shipping fees to reship the item back to you.

Returns

  • All items are handmade, and therefore cannot be returned. We only accept returns if it is an error on our part.  We will also accept returns if there are any imprefections upon receiving your item (holes, stains, ect.) - the print/item color however, CANNOT be changed to a different color and must be a replica of your original order. We will fully remake your item and send you a new one as long as you contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.  Please make sure you double check your order before checking out as we are not responsible for the incorrect print colors/sizes.  

Exchanges

  • We do not accept exchanges. Please make sure you are happy with your options before checking out.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available. Please contact us with what you're wishing to purchase so we can give you a better quote of how much shipping costs will be. If you are happy with the quote, we can send you a separate invoice. Please contact us contact@heroicheartsapparel.com to request a quote.
