How come I can't add anything to my cart but just my wishlist?

- When we are not accpeting orders, the cart is disabled and therefor you may only add items to your wish list.
 

How long does it take to receive my order?

- Orders usually take 10 - 20 business days (not including holidays or weekends) from when your order is placed to it being shipped out.  Times may vary depending on our current volume of orders. All items are made after we receive your order.  We do not have any premade items (unless indicated) in stock since everything is completely custom.

Where are my orders being shipped from?

- Orders are created in the U.S., and shipped from Eastern, North Carolina.

Can I cancel my order?

- Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I change something on my order?

- All/any changes must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

- Yes. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more info.

Do you accept returns?

- We only accept returns on certain items. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more info.
 

Has my order shipped yet?

- Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number by email.  This will link you to the USPS's website in which you can see the status of your package,

Can I send in my own items for you to print on?

- Sorry we are no longer accepting personal items to print on.

Are there any bulk discounts?

- Yes, we do offer bulk discounts. Please contact us for a better quote.

Why is one shirt more expensive than the other?

- All shirts are handmade, so we factor in the labor it takes to make a design. Also, glitter and patterned prices are pricier to get, so we have a small surcharge on those.

I forgot to use a coupon code, can I still use it?

- Once you place your order, we cannot go back and use the coupon code.
