FAQs

When will my order ship?

- As of February 2015, your order will ship within approx 22 to 26 business days (not including holidays or weekends) from when your order is placed. There is no exact date as to when your order will ship. Please note that this is an estimated time-frame.  Some orders may take a few days longer than the estimated turnaround time (usually if we are out of stock of an item to complete your order), but please be assured that we are doing everything we can to get your order out as soon as possible! Every item is handmade.


Why isn't my tracking number updating?

- We've noticed that tracking #'s haven't been updating once orders have been shipped, but will update once they reach their final location. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to figure out what the problem may be.


I am not happy with my order. What can be done?

- If you've received your order and you're not happy with it, PLEASE contact us. We will try our best to make sure you are happy with your order! We promise we won't bite!


What does "awaiting fulfilment" mean under my order status?

- Awaiting fulfillment means that we received your order and payment, and your order still needs to be "fulfilled"/"created" by us. We will have your order out as soon as possible! Once your order is completed, the status will change to completed or shipped.


How do I order something?

- To order an item, simply click on the design you'd like, choose your size, what shirt style you'd like the design on, then the print color(s).


Where are my orders being shipped from?

- Orders are created in the U.S., and shipped from Eastern, North Carolina.


Can I cancel my order?

- Orders may only be canceled within 48 hours of placing your order. As soon as you place your order, we order the blank shirt to create your product within 48 hours.


Can I change something on my order?

- All/any changes must be made within 48 hours of placing your order. Please log in under your account and use the messaging system to message us.


Do you ship internationally?

- Yes, we ship internally, but invoices must be sent separately so we can calculate shipping costs beforehand.  Please refer to our Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges page for more info.


Do you accept returns?

- We only accept returns on certain items. Please refer to our Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges page for more info.


Has my order shipped yet?

- Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number by email.  This will link you to the USPS's website in which you can see the status of your package.


Can I send in my own items for you to print on?

- Sorry we are no longer accepting personal items to print on.


Are there any bulk discounts?

- Yes, we do offer bulk discounts. Please contact us with details on what you'd like to order for a better quote.


I forgot to use a coupon code, can I still use it?

- Once you place your order, we cannot go back and use the coupon code.


Do you make all of your designs?

- Several of our designs were made by the former owner of SemperSweet.com. Once she closed, she gave us the designs/rights and we now offer them in our shop.
