Heroic Hearts Apparel reserves the right, at any time, to change, modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions, as deemed necessary. By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you fully understand and acknowledge that there are no returns unless it is an error in our favor. All cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing your order. You also acknowledge that all items are made to order and our current turnaround time is approximately 5-10 business days, Mondays through Friday and excludes federal holidays. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have left our facilities. Please double check the size chart and your order details upon checking out, as we do not offer returns for incorrect sizing.
